COUNSELING FOR CHANGE

mental health services for KIDS

Counseling For Change provides specialized mental health support for children through evidence-based, age-appropriate therapies designed to foster healing and emotional growth. Their experienced therapists use Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help children process difficult emotions, trauma, and behavioral challenges in a safe and supportive environment. By engaging children through play and creative expression, Counseling For Change helps them explore their feelings, build coping skills, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Each therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of the child, empowering them to thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally.

COUNSELING FOR CHANGE

mental health services for ADOLESCENTS

Counseling For Change supports adolescents through a critical stage of development with compassionate, personalized mental health care. Their therapists are trained in EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, and Play Therapy, using these approaches to help teens process trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and navigate the challenges of identity, relationships, and growing independence. These creative and evidence-based therapies offer teens a non-judgmental space to express themselves, build emotional resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. At Counseling For Change, the focus is on empowering adolescents to understand their experiences, gain confidence, and move toward positive, lasting change.
